Wow. Just wow. This hole in the wall fish and chip shop is not to be missed. The fish is battered to perfection, the calamari and prawns are crisp and juicy, and the service is exemplary. This place truly earns the epithet of ‘golden’. Ps: try the fried pineapple fritter for a sweet suprise ;)

“Sharkies” first day back trading after the new year break. I couldn’t miss this opportunity for the best fish and chips around. Golden Shark Seafood in Gladesville is a must for locals, and anyone looking for a top quality seafood meal, with a range of freshly made salads. I keep my order simple. Battered flathead and chips with extra salt and vinegar. Is that my cardiologist texting me again? C’mon, I walk at least 7km for this, so give me a break. Check the portion size! Who gives you that much fish? Fantastic crispy batter. It really is too much for one person. I really should offer to pay more to get less. Extremely generous.

I should have gone to McDonalds (which I never do) I was hoping for a couple of Burgers (as wife was not well to cook) it was horrible Bun, Cheese, Meat and they never bothered to ask what sauce I wanted, in my younger days the local Greek guy would give you a real burger SALAD and a decent Roll, service in this country is a thing of the past, it's all money and rubbish in return

I absolutely love this place. If i could choose one fish and chips place to go to for the rest of my life it would 100% be this place. I love this place more than my own family. I would sell my dog to have an unlimited supply of food from here. This place my goat. The customers are scary though!!!
